What are your online store shipping fees? We offer the list price of Fedex ground. You have the option to have expedited delivery at the list price. There are shipping and handling fees not to exceed 2 dollars. We do not pay for return shipping and do not reimburse initial shipping costs.

Do I have to pay sales tax? We are required by the state of California to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a California address.

Availability: All products are subject to availability and prior sale. Occasionally inventory discrepancies may incorrectly display items as available on our website. If this occurs, your order will be held and you will be notified of the error before your order is processed. If we cannot reach you by email or phone, your order will automatically be shipped without the available item.
Returns and Exchanges:
- All products purchased through www.bodylanguagesportswear.com must be returned within 10 days of receipt and must be in resalable condition if it is a non-defective item, with all tags attached as shipped from warehouse, in order to receive a refund or exchange.
- If it is defective we will replace with an item of equal value.
- All returns/exchanges must include your original receipt (packlist) contained in your package indicating which items you are returning and a brief note describing the reason for the return.
- Returns/Exchanges received without the original receipt (packlist) contained in your package will not be processed.
- If you have misplaced your original receipt (packlist), please call customer service at 818-783-4671.
- Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items contained in your return package must be on your packlist(s). Any item not listed on your packlist(s) that was not originally purchased from bodylanguagesportswear.com will not be eligible for a return.
- We recommend that you return your items via an insured and trackable carrier service as Body Language is not responsible for lost packages in transit. Your refund/exchange will take approximately 10-14 business days to process from the date of receipt by Body Language. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
- If you are requesting an exchange, please note that the original transaction will be credited to your account followed by a new transaction (debit) for the new item(s).
