Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager who is passionate about Body Language Sportswear and our customers. If you are sales focused, team oriented and customer service driven, then we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

Education/Experience
No Education Requirement. Years of Related Professional Experience: At least one.

Skills
Ability to learn, retain, and communicate knowledge about our products. Ability to maintain store's visual merchandising standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong team player. Passionate and knowledgeable about fitness activities and fashion. Ability to work weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.

Special Requirements
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to use a ladder, bend and stoop to retrieve stock. Must be able to stand and move about the store for full shifts (shifts are typically 8 hours). Must be able to use a Point of Sale system.

Key Responsibilities
Be a Brand Ambassador: You will share your enthusiasm for Body Language Sportswear with our customers and serve as the resident product expert.

Service and Selling: You will dazzle our customers with your exceptional customer service and build brand loyalty by going out of your way to help them. You will meet individual monthly sales goals and make sure the store environment is well maintained. This includes making sure the sales floor is properly stocked and stock room is organized.

Marketing: You will help grow our customer database by soliciting email addresses and encourage our customers to attend our weekly fitness classes.
